It would need to be presented to the <br /> stakeholders—depending on the results and reaction, subsequent work might be <br /> needed to define particular options in detail, and result in recommendations that are <br /> feasible. <br /> Task 4: Short-Term Plan <br /> This task would result in a near-term service plan that can be considered by the <br /> County Board and implemented. It would combine the service plan and the <br /> recommended organization into a single plan that would include: <br /> • Projected service changes for the next three years <br /> • Estimated costs and funding for operations <br /> • Capital requirements,costs and funding <br /> • Staffing and organizational changes <br /> • Implementation timeline <br /> • Facilitate meeting and presentation to policy-makers, regional partners, <br /> OUTS Board and PTD for review and input to be followed by a final version. <br /> Deliverable: Succinct document presenting service plan and organizational structure, <br /> with implementation timeline, costs and funding, organizational structure. Technical <br /> reports or appendixes might include analytical work, policy documents, etc. A draft <br /> report would be provided to the County, NCDOT and other stakeholders, revisions <br /> made and a final report provided. <br /> FINAL PROJECT DELIVERABLES <br /> The deliverables for this task order include the three technical memoranda, <br /> meeting summaries, and draft and final reports. The consultant will present one copy <br /> of all information contained in the Final Plan in electronic format. This information <br /> should be easily convertible to HTML or web-based format and five hardcopies to PTD. <br /> KFH GROUP PERSONNEL <br /> It is anticipated that senior staff will be required to successfully complete many of <br /> these consolidation study review tasks. The key personnel assigned to this project will <br /> include: <br /> 5 <br />
