2 <br /> ORANGE COUNTY <br /> AMENDMENT TO SERVICES AGREEMENT <br /> NORTH CAROLINA <br /> THIS AMENDMENT,made and entered into this the day of 2015,by and between the County of Orange, a <br /> body politic and corporate of the State of North Carolina, ("County"), and Nantucket Grill, Inc. ("Provider"); <br /> WITNESSETH: <br /> WHEREAS, the County and Provider entered into a Services Agreement dated, July 1, 2014, to provide services to <br /> be rendered by Provider to County's Department on Aging ("Original Agreement"); and <br /> WHEREAS, the County and Provider desire to amend the Original Agreement, while keeping in effect all terms <br /> and conditions of the Original Agreement not inconsistent with the terms and conditions set forth below. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration for the mutual covenants and agreements made herein, the parties <br /> agree to amend the Original Agreement as follows: <br /> 13. The amount of this Agreement for the period July 1, 2015 through June 30, 2016 shall not exceed $250,000. <br /> The fiscal arrangements for this Agreement is based upon the following number of approximate congregate meals <br /> for the period from July 1,2015 through June 30, 2016. <br /> A full year contract shall be up to 174 meals per day x 250 days= 30,750 congregare meals for FY 15-16. <br /> 38. Signatures. This Agreement together with any amendments or modifications may be executed electronically. <br /> All electronic signatures affixed hereto evidence the intent of the Parties to comply with Article 11A and Article 40 <br /> of North Carolina General Statute Chapter 66. <br /> Except for the changes made to Section 13 and the addition of Section 38 herein, the Original Agreement shall <br /> remain in full force and effect to the extent it is not inconsistent with this Amendment.
