The contractor agreement was executed prior to any"accident" or"loss." <br /> Our waiver of our right to recovery applies only to the extent that the person or organization shown in the <br /> Schedule above is considered to be either an Additional Insured under the policy or is entitled to indemnity from <br /> you.
