However, this <br /> provision does not affect our right to collect additional premium charges or exercise our right of <br /> cancellation or nonrenewal. <br /> 5. The following is added to paragraph 8.Transfer Of Rights Of Recovery Against Others To Us: <br /> However, we waive any right of recovery we may have because of payments we make for injury or <br /> damage arising out of your ongoing operations or"your work" included in the"products-completed <br /> operations hazard" under the following conditions: <br /> a) Only when you have agreed in writing to waive such rights of recovery in a contract or agreement; <br /> b) Only as to the person/entity as to whom you are required by the contract to waive rights of recovery; <br /> and <br /> c) Only if the contract or agreement is in effect during the term of this policy, and was executed by you <br /> prior to the loss. <br /> 8. paragraph 10. is added as follows: <br /> 10.
