DocuSign Envelope ID:2E150770-7335-4B4E-BDA7-47D76E2FC4C6 <br /> COMMERCIAL GENERAL LIABILITY <br /> CGL 088(10 13) <br /> We have no duty to investigate or defend claims or"suits" covered by this Limited Electronic Data Liability <br /> coverage. <br /> The following definition is added to SECTION V--DEFINITIONS of the Coverage Form: <br /> "Electronic data" means information, facts or programs stored as or on, created or used on, or transmitted <br /> to or from computer software (including systems and applications software), hard or floppy disks, CD- <br /> ROMS, tapes, drives, cells, data processing devices or any other media which are used with electronically <br /> controlled equipment. <br /> For purposes of this Limited Electronic Data Liability coverage, the definition of"Property Damage" in <br /> SECTION V—DEFINITIONS of the Coverage Form is replaced by the following: <br /> 17. "Property damage" means: <br /> a. Physical injury to tangible property, including all resulting loss of use of that property. All such loss <br /> of use shall be deemed to occur at the time of the physical injury that caused it; <br /> b. Loss of use of tangible property that is not physically injured. All such loss of use shall be deemed <br /> to occur at the time of the"occurrence' that caused it; <br /> c. Loss of, loss of use of, damage to, corruption of, inability to access, or inability to properly <br /> manipulate "electronic data", resulting from physical injury to tangible property. All such loss of <br /> "electronic data"shall be deemed to occur at the time of the "occurrence'that caused it_ <br /> For purposes of this insurance, "electronic data" is not tangible property. <br /> SECTION I—COVERAGES, COVERAGE E. PERSONAL AND ADVERTISING INJURY LIABILITY is amended <br /> as follows: <br /> Paragraph 2_e. Exclusions—the Contractual Liability Exclusion is deleted. <br /> SECTION I—COVERAGES,the following coverages are added: <br /> COVERAGE D. VOLUNTARY PROPERTY DAMAGE <br /> 1. Insuring Agreement <br /> We will pay, at your request, for"property damage"caused by an "occurrence`, to property of others <br /> caused by you, or while in your possession, arising out of your business operations. The amount we will <br /> pay for damages is described in SECTION III LIMITS OF INSURANCE <br /> 2. Exclusions <br /> This insurance does not apply to: <br /> "Property Damage"to: <br /> a. Property at premises owned, rented, leased or occupied by you; <br /> b. Property while in transit; <br /> c.
