Based upon this discussion and previous Tasks <br />and sub-Tasks, the Consultant will prepare a Technical Report that describes <br />the TDR Program, Administration, and Evaluation Measures. Five hard copies <br />will be transmitted to Orange County staff for review along with a digital <br />format copy; five final hard copies and digital format will be prepared based <br />upon comments/corrections received by the Consultant within one (1) week <br />after receipt. The Consultant will prepare an update to the TDR Program web <br />pages that includes the final Technical Report and transmit the relevant HTML <br />files to the Client for mounting to the Orange County website. <br />Page 7 <br />
