Update on One-Quarter (1/4) Cent Sales Tax Proceeds and Uses <br /> Attachments 4a, 4b and 4c provide recent financial information relative to Orange <br /> County's use of Article 46 funds collected from the supplemental one-quarter cent sales <br /> tax collection and used for key economic development purposes. <br /> Article 46 Expenditures Specific to the Town of Carrboro <br /> (1) The Town of Carrboro and Orange County previously collaborated and signed an <br /> Interlocal Agreement used to repair a failing sewer line on Roberson Street. <br /> Carrboro received State funding from a Community Development Block Grant <br /> (CDBG) that paid for up to 75% of the repair cost, and the County participated <br /> financially with Carrboro by sharing in the cost of the CDBG's required 25% co- <br />
