0 <br />ATTACHMENT 3 <br />Senior Citizen Health Promotion Program <br />Grant Project Ordinance <br />Be it ordained by the Orange County Board of County Commissioners that pursuant to Section <br />13.2 of Chapter 159 of the General Statutes of North Carolina, the following grant project is <br />hereby adopted. <br />Section 1. This project authorized is the Senior Citizen Health Promotion Program to develop <br />a comprehensive and coordinated County health promotion and disease prevention <br />program for citizens involving a partnership of public agencies, University Health <br />Affairs and private groups. <br />Section 2.The officers of the County are hereby directed to proceed with the grant project in <br />accordance with the mutual cooperation agreement between the County and the <br />University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, as approved by the Board of County <br />Commissioners on June 30, 1997. <br />Section 3. The following revenue is anticipated to be available to complete this project: <br />Grant Funds (1998-99) $57,645 <br />Fees for Service (1998-99) $12,000 <br />Grant Funds (1999-00) $69,250 <br />Fees for Service (2000-01) $24,000 <br />Grant Funds (2000-01) $49,668 <br />Grant Funds (2001-02) $80,364 <br />Grant Funds (2002-03) $142,588 <br />Fees for Service (2003-04) $48,000 <br />Grant Funds (2003-04) $56,956 <br />Fees for Service (2004-OS) $50,500 <br />Grant Funds (2004-OS) $74,844 <br />Fees for Service (2005-06) $51,260 <br />Grant Funds (2005-06) $35,392 <br />Donations (2005-06) $300 <br />Transfer from General Fund (2005-06) $29,500 <br />Grant Funds (2006-07) $35,950 <br />Fees for Service (2006-07) $34,000 <br />Transfer from General Fund (2006-07) $32,093 <br />Grant Funds (2007-08) $37,970 <br />Fees for Service (2007-08) $76,000 <br />Transfer from General Fund (2007-08) $32,142 <br />Total Revenue $1,030,422 <br />Section 4.
