The Proposal includes a $10,000 dollar Hardware Installation Allowance. <br />3. The Proposal includes a $3,500 dollar Allowance for a Handicap Door Operator at the <br />Main Entry. <br />Division 9: Finishes <br />1. The Proposal excludes Engineering of metal stud framing systems as it is anticipated that <br />ali engineering and design shall be provided by the Uwner. <br />Division 10: Miscellaneous Specialties <br />1. The Proposal includes a $500 dollar Allowance for Signage and Installation. <br />Division 15: Miscellaneous Specialties <br />HVAC Division <br />1. The Proposal includes a $300,000 dollar Allowance for HVAC. <br />Fire Protection Systems <br />1. The Proposal includes Clean Agent Fire Protection Systems. <br />2. No Automatic Fire Protection System per specification section 13930-1 is included as part <br />of the proposal. <br />Division 16: Electrical <br />1. The Proposal does not include UPS. UPS to be provided by the owner. <br />2. The Proposal excludes site parking lighting. <br />3. The Proposal does not include feeder and 3" PVC to telecommunication Facility. <br />4. Telecommunication Facility is by the owner and is not included as part of this Proposal. <br />5. The Proposal includes stub up conduits only for data, telephone and TV. No wiring for <br />these items have been included in the GMP.
