Scoping conducted pursuant to Orange County <br /> SEPA ordinance, <br /> L?'J',IR has no objection to the proposed project, but offer the following comments from Danny <br /> Smith ((919) 791-4252)of the Raleigh Regional Office: <br /> 1, A project that disturbs 1 acre or greater is required to secure an erasion and sedimentation <br /> control plan and must comply with construction stormwater permit conditions(NCC010000). <br /> 2. The project is in the Cape Fear River Basin (unnamed tributary to Old Field Creek-Water supple <br /> V, -NSW),The USGS Topographic map depicted crenulations and blue line streams that course <br /> through the footprint of this tract. Note:the soil survey was not reviewed. <br /> 3. If stream,wetiand or riparian buffer impacts are proposed,this project will need to comply <br /> with/secure a 404 permit from the USAGE,obtain a 401 Water Quality Certification and/or <br /> secure a riparian buffer authorization. Project is in the Jordan lake Watershed and will need to <br /> comply with Jordan Fake buffer rules.
