Documentation of Impact Fee Payment Yes. The fee was paid at the time the <br />building permit was issued. Actual reimbursement will take place at the time that the <br />Impact Fee Agreement is executed by Habitat for Humanity and recorded in the <br />Register of Deeds Office. <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT: The current balance from the FY 2006-2007 appropriation for impact <br />fee reimbursements is $30,477. Expenditure of $21,000 for these reimbursements will leave a <br />balance of $9,477. <br />RECOMMENDATION (S): The Manager recommends that the Board approve the impact fee <br />reimbursement request from Habitat for Humanity of Orange County, NC, Inc. for $21,000 for <br />seven (7) newly constructed homes. <br />
