Human Services Agency Agreement-2014 <br /> Page 2 of 3 <br /> 3. Not later than March 31st of the current fiscal year or at the time of application for <br /> new funds,the Grantee shall account to the Town for the use of the funds <br /> appropriated by the Town by <br /> a. Furnishing a detailed description, quantified to the extent practicable,of the <br /> extent to which the Grantee has performed services for or on behalf of the <br /> Town or its citizens during this fiscal year,and <br /> b. Providing the Town with a copy of Grantee's most recent audit,financial <br /> statement, or other financial information. <br /> For Grantees not requesting new funds a report shall be submitted to the Town <br /> furnishing a detailed description, quantified to the extent practicable, of the <br /> extent to which such grantee has performed services for or on the behalf of the <br /> Town or its citizens during this fiscal year,and providing the Town with a copy of <br /> Grantee's most recent audit,financial statement, or other financial information <br /> requested by Town. <br /> In addition,the Grantee agrees to allow the Town to inspect its financial books <br /> and records upon reasonable notice during normal working hours <br /> 4. Grantee shall not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment <br /> because of age,sex,race, creed, national origin, disability or on the basis of sexual <br /> orientation or gender expression/identity. Grantee shall take affirmative action to <br /> ensure that applicants are employed and that employees are treated fairly and legally <br /> during employment with regard to their age, sex,race, creed, national origin, disability <br /> or on the basis of sexual orientation or gender expression/identity. In the event he <br /> Grantee is determined by the final order of an appropriate agency or court to be in <br /> violation of any non-discrimination provision of federal,state or local law or this <br /> provision,this Contract may be canceled,terminated or suspended in whole or in part by <br /> TOWN,and Grantee may be declared ineligible for further TOWN contracts. <br /> 5. Grantee acknowledges that any appropriations in the budget ordinance to Grantee <br /> have been made on the condition that Grantee execute and comply with all the terms of <br /> this agreement. Grantee further agrees that, if it fails to comply with each and every <br /> condition specified in paragraphs 1 through 4 above, it will repay in full to the Town all <br /> sums paid by the Town to Grantee pursuant to this agreement. <br />
