3~ <br />in an instrument of transfer or conveyance or to notify Grantees of a transfer or conveyance shall <br />not impair the validity of this Conservation Easement or limit its enforceability in any way. <br />12. Interpretation <br />This Conservation Easement shall be interpreted under the laws of the State of North <br />Carolina and the laws of the United States, resolving any ambiguities and questions of the <br />validity of specific provisions so as to give maximum effect to its conservation purposes. <br />13: Perpetual Duration; Severability <br />This Conservation Easement shall be a servitude mm~ing with~the Property in perpetuity. <br />Every provision in this Conservation Easement that applies to Grantors or Grantees shall also <br />apply to their respective agents, heirs, executors, administrators, assigns, and all other successors <br />(including successors in title to the Property) as their interests may appear. Invalidity of any of <br />the restrictions, easements, covenants or conditions offset forth this Conservation Easement, or <br />any part thereof, by court order or judgment shall in no way affect the validity of any of the other <br />restrictions, easements, covenants and conditions set forth herein, each of which shall remain in <br />full force and effect. <br />Page 14 of 22 <br />
