Grantors understand that no provision of this Conservation Easement relieves them <br />of any obligation or restriction regarding their use of the Property imposed by law. <br />S. Prohibited Activities <br />Except to the limited extent otherwise expressly provided in this Conservation Easement, <br />the following uses, activities and operations of, on or upon the Property, or any part thereof, shall <br />not be permitted: <br />(a) The development or construction of any residential or commercial use building(s) <br />or other improvement(s) unless otherwise expressly provided herein. <br />(b) Dumping or storing or permitting others to dump or store soil, trash, refuse, <br />debris, ashes, garbage, waste, abandoned vehicles or parts, appliances, machinery, hazardous <br />substances or toxic or hazardous waste. <br />(c) Operating or permitting others to operate a solid waste landfill or a solid waste <br />transfer station. <br />6.
