o[~ ~ <br />restrictions, easements, covenants or conditions set forth herein. The parties covenant and agree <br />that at no time on or after the Effective Date shall the Property or any part thereof be developed <br />in any manner that is inconsistent with or in violation of any of the restrictions, easements, <br />covenants or conditions set forth herein. <br />4. Ri~-hts and Responsibilities Retained by Grantors <br />Grantors reserve to and for themselves and their legal representatives, heirs, successors <br />(including successors in title to the Property), assigns, lessees and licensees all customary rights <br />and privileges of ownership, including the rights to sell, lease and devise the Property provided <br />that any such transaction is subject to all of the restrictions, easements, covenants and conditions <br />set forth in this Conservation Easement and written notice of such transaction is delivered to <br />Grantees, together with any and all other rights not expressly prohibited or limited by this <br />Conservation Easement. Unless otherwise expressly provided herein, no provision of this <br />Conservation Easement shall be construed or interpreted to require Grantors to take any action to <br />restore the condition of the Property after any natural disaster or other event over which they had <br />Page 7 of 22 <br />
