Other Wrongful Acts Exclusion; <br /> b. Personal Injury,Bodily Injury Or Property Damage Exclusion; <br /> c. Professional Services Exclusion; <br /> d. Greenmail Exclusion; and <br /> e. Intellectual Property Exclusion. <br /> The Director And Officer Umbrella Coverage is non-rescindable. <br /> For purposes of the Director And Officer Umbrella Coverage, the Presumptive Indemnification <br /> Condition in the Terms, Conditions And Other Provisions does not apply. <br /> Outside Director Liability <br /> If Outside Director Liability Coverage is granted as shown in Item 8. (A) on the Declarations, the <br /> "insurance organization" shall pay on behalf of any "insured person," "loss" for which the "insured <br /> person" is legally obligated to pay and that the "insured person" is not indemnified by any entity or that <br /> no other insurance coverage exists, as a result of any "claim" first made during the "policy period" <br /> against the "insured person," individually or otherwise or, if exercised, during the Extended Reporting <br /> Period,for a"wrongful outside director liability act." <br /> For purposes of Outside Director Liability Coverage, the Outside Entity Exclusion in the Terms, <br /> Conditions And Other Provisions is deleted. <br /> Director And Officer ID Theft <br /> If Director And Officer ID Theft Coverage is granted as shown in Item 8.
