Those damages were awarded or imposed; <br /> b. Any"wrongful act" occurred for which such damages were awarded or imposed; <br /> c. The "insured" resides,is incorporated or has its principal place of business; or <br /> d. The "insurance organization"is incorporated or has its principal place of business. <br /> Outside Entity <br /> "Outside entity" means any: <br /> a. Non-profit entity described in 26 U.S.C.A. § 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 (IRC), <br /> as amended, and not included in the definition of"insured organization"; or <br /> b. Other entity,if specifically granted by endorsement to this Policy, <br /> whereby an "insured person" is a board member or other equivalent of the entity at the direction or <br /> request of the "insured organization." <br /> Personal Information <br /> "Personal information" means any information collected by the "insured" in the normal conduct of its <br /> business. <br /> Policy Period <br /> "Policy period" means the period of time shown in Item 2. on the Declarations. <br /> Pollutants <br /> "Pollutants" means: <br /> a. Noise, solid, semisolid,liquid, odor,gaseous or thermal irritants or contaminants; <br /> b. Smoke,vapor, soot,fume, acid, alkali, chemical,biological or other causative agents or materials; <br /> c. Electromagnetic or ionizing radiation and energy, genetically engineered materials, asbestos, <br /> teratogenic, carcinogenic and mutagenic materials and waste. Waste includes any material to be <br /> disposed of,recycled, reconditioned or reclaimed; or <br /> d.
