I am also interested in old homes and restoration of homes, <br /> particularly hand hewn timbers and colonial style architecture. My interests have taught me a <br /> lot, and I feel I could add something to the board, if considered. <br /> Reasons for wanting to serve on this board: <br /> To give back to the community. <br /> Conflict of Interest: <br /> Supplemental Questions: <br /> Orange Water&Sewer Authority Board of Directors <br /> Please list/explain your experience, either professionally and/or from other <br /> boards/commissions that you have in the areas of budget, personnel, and management. <br /> I have not worked on other boards for the county, however, I do work in a matrixed environment <br /> at GSK(employer)and have to interface with a number of departments globally and operated <br /> under a budget when representing the community externally. <br /> I have a wide range of interests, skills, and education that position me well for supporting rolls in <br /> public works as well as public restoration/conservation. <br /> In addition to the experience listed in the question above, please list the work/volunteer <br /> experience/qualifications that would add to your expertise for this board. <br /> My background and education are stated above. My attention to detail and quality, in all that I <br /> do, due to my line of work, will be quite useful in roles like these. <br /> What do you see as the responsibilities of this board, and what do you hope to <br /> accomplish if appointed? <br /> To represent the entire county in a fair and balanced manner, with the best interest of the <br /> community at large. The voice of a public representative should be a conduit for which others <br /> can feed their concerns. I want to be that advocate for the community. <br /> What is OWASA's role in growth/development issues? <br /> OWASA s role is to ensure management of the supply and demand for public works that <br /> function in tandem with the growning population and ever-changing climate of both the home <br /> and work spaces around us.
