I <br /> have represented the Federal Government in numerous EEO and employment cases. I <br /> have also mediated some of these cases and, at the Defense Dependents Schools and <br /> the Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts, I developed various EEO related plans and <br /> training materials and trained individuals concerning EEO requirements. <br /> As a member of the Commission I can bring my knowledge of the various EEO related <br /> statutes to the table.
