2 <br />Revised 2008-18 CIP Timeline <br />On August 30, 2007, Commissioners approved an aggressive CIP timeline that targeted <br />December 3, 2007 as the adoption date of the 2008-18 Capital Investment Plan. Given the fact <br />that there have been a number of outstanding CIP related items, such as identification of OCS <br />unfunded capital needs and possible funding plans for all unfunded needs, it is clear that the <br />Board and public need additional time before adoption of the plan. The Revised 2008-18 . <br />Capital Investment Timeline (below), offers an updated timeline for adoption of the plan.
