Attached please fmd a copy of the proposed ordinance <br />change. <br />There was a first reading of this amendment on November 15, 2007. As it passed by a vote of 4 <br />to 1 rather than unanimously, it is being rescheduled for a second reading next Monday, <br />December 3, 2007.
