Purpose - No changes recommended. <br />C. Article IV. Membership -Section 4 modifies description of Human Rights and Relations <br />from "Department" to "Office" <br />D. Article V. Officers - No changes recommended. <br />E. Article VI. Elections -Section 1 clarifies the necessity of a quorum in order to conduct <br />a valid election Section 2 changed to reflect that voting will occur only through written <br />ballots cast by members present at the election meeting. <br />Section 3 deleted. <br />F. Article VII. Clarifies language regarding the Board of County Commissioners. <br />G. Article VIII. Staff to the Commission -Clarifies language regarding the Office Director. <br />H. Article IX. Meetings -Change to reflect clarifications regarding open meetings and <br />voting. <br />I. Article X. Standards of Conduct -Clarifies language regarding the Board of County <br />Commissioners. <br />J. Article XI.
