4 <br /> amendment amends the Grant Project Ordinance as follows: (also See Attachment 1, <br /> column 5) <br /> Orange County Building Futures Program Grant: (Project#77089) <br /> Revenues for this project: <br /> FY 2018-16 FY 2018-16 FY 2018-16 <br /> Current Budget Amendment Revised <br /> Building Futures Award $3661848 $(721986) $2931892 <br /> From General Fund $0 $721986 $721986 <br /> Total Project Funding $366,848 $0 $366,848 <br /> Appropriated for this project: <br /> FY 2018-16 FY 2018-16 FY 2018-16 <br /> Current Budget Amendment Revised <br /> Building Futures Grant $3661848 $0 $3661848 <br /> Total Costs $3665848 $0 $3665848 <br /> SOCIAL JUSTICE IMPACT: The following Orange County Social Justice Goal is <br /> applicable to this agenda item-. <br /> • GOAL: FOSTER A COMMUNITY CULTURE THAT REJECTS OPPRESSION <br /> AND INEQUITY <br /> The fair treatment and meaningful involvement of all people regardless of race or <br /> color; religious or philosophical beliefs; sex, gender or sexual orientation; national <br /> origin or ethnic background; age; military service; disability; and familial, <br /> residential or economic status. <br /> • GOAL: ENSURE ECONOMIC SELF-SUFFICIENCY <br /> The creation and preservation of infrastructure, policies, programs and funding <br /> necessary for residents to provide shelter, food, clothing and medical care for <br /> themselves and their dependents. <br /> Individuals who are in the subsidized employment program will receive the living wage, <br /> thus promoting equity and self-sufficiency for these temporary staff. <br /> Emergency Services <br /> 6. The Emergency Services Department has deferred revenues in the following program-. <br /> • Local Emergency Planning Committee (LEPC) —As of June 30, 20157 $1,101 from <br /> the Noah Carolina Division of Emergency Management was earmarked as a <br /> deferred revenue/in-flow for use in FY15-16. The funds provide for the remainder <br /> of the grant period (grant period ends December 31, 2015) <br /> This budget amendment provides for the receipt of these funds. (See Attachment 1, <br /> column 6) <br />
