Receive the Planning Board's recommendation. <br /> 2. Close the public hearing. <br /> 3. Deliberate as necessary on the proposed amendments. <br /> 4. Decide accordingly and/or adopt the Statement of Consistency, contained within <br /> Attachment 2, and the Ordinance amending the UDO contained within Attachment 3, <br /> as recommended by the Planning Board and staff. <br /> Commissioner Dorosin asked if Michael Harvey could review the example scenario <br /> included as part of the hand out. <br />
