Chair McKee said there a few farmers in the Voluntary Ag District program that are over the age of 70 and feel they may no longer be able to commit to the program. He said there is one person interested in the New Hope-Hillsborough position but has yet to apply. He said New Hope-Hillsborough and Sly-Eno districts have fewer farms from which to choose. David Stancil said leads are being pursued, and sometimes it is just difficult to get the actual application completed. c. Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC) Board —Appointments The Board considered making appointments to the Alcoholic Beverage Control Board, and appointment of the board chair. A motion was made by Commissioner Price, seconded by Commissioner Burroughs to appoint the following to the Alcoholic Beverage Control Board: • Appointment of Mr. Gregg Jarvis to a second full term (Position #1) "At-Large" representative with a term expiring 06/30/2018. • Appointment of Ms. Jane Cousins a first full term (Position #2) "At-Large" representative with a term expiring 06/30/2018 (replacing the expiring term of Ms. Rosa Tilley). VOTE: UNANIMOUS A motion was made by Commissioner Price, seconded by Commissioner Pelissier to appoint Lisa Stuckey as Chair of the Alcoholic Beverage Control Board until June 30, 2016. VOTE: UNANIMOUS d. Arts Commission —Appointment The Board considered making an appointment to the Arts Commission. A motion was made by Commissioner Rich, seconded by Commissioner Price to appoint the following to the Arts Commission: • Appointment of Mr. Tony Kane to a partial term (position #10) At-Large with a term expiring 03/31/2017. VOTE: UNANIMOUS e. Board of Health —Appointments The Board considered making appointments to the Board of Health. A motion was made by Commissioner Price, seconded by Commissioner Jacobs to appoint the following the Board of Health: • Appointment of Ms. Jessica Frega to a first full term (position #3) "At-Large Citizen/Commissioner Appointed" position with a term expiring 06/30/2017. • Appointment of Mr. Nick Galvez to a first full term (position #8) "At-Large Citizen/Commissioner Appointed" with a term expiring 06/30/2018.
