APPROVED 9/1/2015 <br /> MINUTES <br /> BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS <br /> REGULAR MEETING <br /> May 19, 2015 <br /> 7:00 p.m. <br /> The Orange County Board of Commissioners met in regular session on Tuesday, May <br /> 19, 2015 at 7:00 p.m. at the Southern Human Services Center, in Chapel Hill, N.C. <br /> COUNTY COMMISSIONERS PRESENT: Chair McKee and Commissioners Mia Burroughs, <br /> Mark Dorosin, Barry Jacobs, Bernadette Pelissier, Renee Price and Penny Rich <br /> COUNTY COMMISSIONERS ABSENT: <br /> COUNTY ATTORNEYS PRESENT: John Roberts <br /> COUNTY STAFF PRESENT: County Manager Bonnie Hammersley and Clerk to the Board <br /> Donna Baker (All other staff members will be identified appropriately below) <br /> 1. Additions or Changes to the Agenda <br /> Chair McKee called the meeting to order at 7:03 p.m. <br /> He noted the following items at the Commissioners' places: <br /> • - Green sheet— Orange County Service Improvements for Item 4b- Presentation of Manager's <br /> Recommended Fiscal Year 2015-16 Annual Operating Budget and FY 2015-20 Capital <br /> Investment Plan (CIP) <br /> • - PowerPoint slides for item 4b- Presentation of Manager's Recommended Fiscal Year 2015- <br /> 16 Annual Operating Budget and FY 2015-20 Capital Investment Plan <br /> • - Lavender Sheet- additional information for Item 6c - Impact Fee Reimbursement Request <br /> from Habitat for Humanity <br /> • - PowerPoint slides for Item 7b- Land Management Central Permitting System (LMCPS) <br /> Software Purchase and Support Agreement <br /> PUBLIC CHARGE <br /> Chair McKee dispensed with the reading of the Public Charge <br /> 2. Announcements and Petitions by Board Members <br /> Commissioner Burroughs had no petitions. <br /> Commissioner Price asked if there is a deadline for sign off by the Fire Departments, <br /> Sherriff and Emergency Services in regards to the discussion at the last meeting, about <br /> Emergency Services access on private roads. <br /> Bonnie Hammersley said she would provide this information to the Board. <br />
