BOCC adjourns the public hearing to a date/time certain to receive the <br /> 40 Planning Board recommendation. <br /> 41 • Step Two: Review of application by Planning Board who make a recommendation on <br /> 42 the application based on the evidence and testimony offered into evidence during the <br /> 43 public hearing. <br /> 44 — STAFF COMMENT: The Planning Board is currently scheduled to meet and <br /> 45 review this item at their July 1, 2015 regular meeting 7:00 p.m. held in the <br /> 46 lower level conference room of the West Campus Office Building at 131 <br /> 47 West Margaret Lane in downtown Hillsborough. <br /> 48 • Step Three: BOCC reconvenes public hearing to receive Planning Board <br /> 49 recommendation. No additional public comment/testimony is accepted. <br />
