At Montgomery County <br /> Community College (MCCC, Blue Bell, PA) I was initially a teaching faculty member and later <br /> became an administrator, directing the Medical Laboratory Technician and Phlebotomy <br /> Technician Programs. I retired in 2013 from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill <br /> where I taught clinical (medical) laboratory science, conducted educational and medical science <br /> research, and served the residents of North Carolina through community service projects. My <br /> formal education includes a PhD in educational psychology from Temple University and a BS in <br /> medical technology from Purdue University.
