Funds were appropriated in the FY 2015-16 <br /> Budget to fund the replacement. <br /> SOCIAL JUSTICE IMPACT: There is no Orange County Social Justice Goal impact <br /> associated with purchase of this item. <br /> RECOMMENDATION(S): The Manager recommends that the Board award the purchase to <br /> Carolina Environmental Services for the Front End Loader Truck at a delivered cost of <br /> $275,850.92 . The Manager further recommends that the Board: 1) declare Truck# 1585 <br /> as surplus after receipt of the new truck; and 2) authorize the Asset Management Services <br /> Director to affect the sale of this item through GovDeals. <br />
