He said any of the options would require a Conditional Use Permit <br /> 4 (CUP) modification from the Town of Hillsborough, which will take a few months. <br /> 5 Commissioner Price asked if the parking would be paved or gravel. <br /> 6 Bonnie Hammersley said paved. <br /> 7 Commissioner Jacobs asked if the users of the park will be informed that the Board and <br /> 8 staff are working on an expansion of the parking. <br /> 9 Bonnie Hammersley said yes. <br /> 10 Commissioner Jacobs said it would be ideal to have a five minute report on the history <br /> 11 of this park at the Board's next meeting. <br /> 12 Chair McKee asked if current users can be surveyed to find out what the parking <br /> 13 situation is now. <br /> 14 Bonnie Hammersley said yes. Approval of Fiscal Year 2015-16 Budget Ordinance, County Grant Projects, and <br /> 28 County Fee Schedule <br /> 29 The Board considered approving and adopting the FY2015-16 Budget Ordinance, the <br /> 30 FY2015-16 County Grant Projects, and the FY2015-16 County Fee Schedule, consistent with <br /> 31 the parameters outlined in the Board's "Resolution of Intent to Adopt the FY2015-16 Orange <br /> 32 County Budget". <br /> 33 Paul Laughton reviewed each item and noted the changes. <br /> 34 <br /> 35 Resolution of Intent to Adopt the 2015-16 <br /> 36 Orange County Budget <br /> 37 <br /> 38 The items outlined below summarize decisions that the Board acted upon June 11, 2015 in <br /> 39 approving the FY2015-16 Orange County Annual Operating Budget. <br /> 40 <br /> 41 WHEREAS, the Orange County Board of Commissioners has considered the Orange County <br /> 42 2015-16 Manager's Recommended Budget; and <br /> 43 <br /> 44 WHEREAS, the Commissioners have agreed on certain modifications to the Manager's <br /> 45 Recommended Budget as presented in the 2015-16 County Manager's Recommended Budget <br /> 46 on May 19, 2015; <br /> 47 <br /> 48 NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Orange County Board of Commissioners <br /> 49 expresses its intent to adopt the 2015-16 Orange County Budget Ordinance on Tuesday, June <br /> 50 16, 2015, based on the following stipulations: <br />
