I am contacting you in regards to reappointments to the Nursing Home and Adult Care <br />Home Community Advisory Committees (CAC). <br />Nursing Home_CAC: • <br />Both Carol Hierman and Anne Winfield are eligible for reappointment in December 2007. Both ladies <br />wish to be appointed and are members in good standing. Both have attended their required team visits to <br />facilities and have attended 4 of 6 business meetings in the past year. <br />Adult Care Home CAC: <br />Laura DeLoye's term expires 11.14.07. She was originally appointed 05.15.01. Since committee <br />members can serve 7 years, and her appointments did not cover full-year terms as directed by the <br />statute, would it be possible for her to be reappointed to have an expiration date of 05.15.08? She <br />serves as Chair and is an invaluable member of the committee! She has attended every single CAC meeting <br />and made all of her required visits in the past year. <br />Will you please let me know that you received this so 1'll know it isn't lost in cyberspace?
