PUBLIC MEETINGS& PRESENTATIONS(PHASE II) <br /> Two types of presentations are included in the scope: (a) Two (2) presentations to Board of County <br /> Commissioners and Schools Boards (one in each phase); and (b) One (1) Public Information Meeting. <br /> Presentations to the County Commission and School Boards will explain the analysis and conclusions. <br /> TischlerBise will work with County staff to identify the timing for these meetings. This Phase II <br /> presentation will follow-on the initial presentation and will explain the draft fee calculations and related <br /> calculations. <br /> The Public Information Meeting will be an open public meeting to educate and inform the public and <br /> other key stakeholders, describe the study process as well as allow participants to identify and <br /> communicate potential issues which may affect them. This will be an opportunity to present and explain <br /> the relevant components of the study and to obtain feedback prior to finalizing the study.
