SCOPE OF PROJECT <br /> The Project consists of implementing the CFAT program,which is designed to reduce <br /> transportation emissions through education,outreach and providing emission reducing sub- <br /> awards for projects in eligible CMAQ counties. The University will implement the program in <br /> accordance with the Statement of Work as shown in Appendix A. <br /> The Department's funding participation in the Project shall be restricted to the following eligible <br /> items: <br /> ■ Implementation of CFAT Program <br /> as further set forth in this Agreement. <br /> 3. FUNDING <br /> Subject to compliance by the University with the provisions set forth in this Agreement and the <br /> availability of federal funds,the Department shall participate up to a maximum amount of Six <br /> Million Two Hundred Twenty Eight Thousand Dollars($6,228,000),over three federal fiscal <br /> years,as detailed below.The University shall provide a non-federal match,as detailed in the <br /> FUNDING TABLE below,and all costs that exceed the total estimated cost. The Department will <br /> consider other applicable methods of providing the non-federal match.
