The <br /> focus of the program is on expanding the use of alternative fuels,diesel retrofits,and idle reduction, <br /> programmed under Project C-4902 A; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the Agency has requested additional time to complete the Project; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the Department has recently standardized time frames for completion of Projects, based <br /> on the Federal Funding Authorization; <br /> NOW THEREFORE, the parties wish to supplement the aforementioned Agreement whereby the <br /> following provisions are amended: <br /> Agreement ID#5394 1 <br />
