Outline the major activities the agency will employ to attain the Anticipated Outcomes <br /> below,by June 30,2016. <br /> • El Futuro will serve 225 Latino Orange County community members through our Orange County <br /> Clinical Services Program. <br /> • Outpatient mental health and substance abuse treatment services will include psychiatric care and <br /> psychotherapy,evaluations;crisis interventions, and individual and family based treatment. <br /> • <br /> Anticipated Outcomes <br /> The Anticipated Results column must include quantifiable results in the form of number of persons/units served within Orange <br /> County, only (all Towns and municipalities).
