Indemnification: Contractor agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the County, for all <br /> loss, liability, claims or expense (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from bodily injury, <br /> including death or property damage, to any person or persons caused in whole or in part by Contractor in <br /> accordance with Attachment A, General Terms And Conditions. It is the intent of this Section that <br /> Contractor indemnify County to the full extent permitted by law. <br /> 19. Entire Agreement: The parties have read this Agreement, including the Contract Documents, <br /> and agree to be bound by all of its terms, and further agree that it constitutes the complete and exclusive <br /> statement of the Agreement between the parties. <br /> 20. Interpretation: When the context in which words are used in this Agreement indicates that such <br /> is the intent,words shall in the singular number shall include the plural and vice versa. The masculine <br /> gender shall include the feminine and neuter. <br /> 21. Signature Warranty: The undersigned represent and warrant that they are authorized to bind <br /> their principals to the terms of this agreement. The Contractor and the County have executed this contract <br /> in duplicate originals, with one original being retained by each party. This Agreement together with any <br /> amendments or modifications may be executed electronically.
