Outline the major activities the agency will employ to attain the Anticipated Outcomes <br /> below,by June 30,2016. <br /> • English as Second Language Program: Develop personalized lessons for ESL students of all <br /> levels (i.e. beginner, intermediate, advanced levels) and provide one-on-one tutor: student ratio to <br /> achieve maximum English language improvement for the participants <br /> • End of year ESL Program Celebration: Reflect, share and celebrate the success of the ESL <br /> participants with rest of the broader immigrant community <br /> Anticipated Outcomes <br /> The Anticipated Results column must include quantifiable results in the form of number of persons/units served within Orange <br /> County, onlv (all Towns and municipalities).
