ORANGE COUNTY FAZE RESCUE STUDY <br />®RANGE C®UNTY PLAN <br />1 In looking at the long range implications of our observations, we reviewed the <br />2 County's Long Range Comprehensive Plan. With the exception of a small area in <br />3 the Efland District, and some significant areas in the New Hope and Hillsborough <br />4 Districts, the demographics of the various districts will remain the same over a 20 <br />5 year horizon, with the exception of normal marginal growth expected for rural and <br />6 agricultural land use. <br />7 <br />8 Based on these projections, we believe that the current number of fire stations for <br />9 each of the districts will remain sufficient for the 20 year planning horizon. It will <br />10 be appropriate to review the location of stations periodically. <br />11 <br />96 <br />
