Following this process, the Department <br />10 should evaluate the feasibility of hiring 1 person to serve 8 to 10 hour days on <br />11 weekdays. <br />12 <br />13 We recommend that the District raise its tax rate from $0.042 to $0.057. This will <br />14 add $43,000 to the Department's revenues and put it more into line with other <br />15 districts. This additional revenue is essential to hiring paid personnel. <br />16 <br />17 We recommend that the County reconfigure the District line with Orange Grove <br />18 where the Orange Grove District dips twice into the White Cross District.
