ORANGE COUNTY FIRE RESCUE STUDY <br />EFLAND <br />1 We recommend the Department increase its use of Chapel Hill Fire-Rescue training <br />2 facilities and document this use to aid in its future ISO rating survey. Even a <br />3 quarterly exercise will make a clifference. The Department also needs to ensure that <br />4 training is conducted at least quarterly with each mutual aid department, especially <br />5 in conducting water shuttle operations.
