Outline the major activities the agency will employ to attain the Anticipated Outcomes below,by June 30,2016. • Promote the availability of family and community mediation services in Orange County; maintain qualified staff and panel of mediators; provide mediation at clients' convenience; follow-up as needed. • Attend Criminal District Court as needed for case referrals; provide teams of mediators for on-site mediation; follow-up on continued cases; be available for client, court, and attorney phone calls; follow-up as needed. Anticipated Outcomes The Anticipated Results column must include quantifiable results in the form of number of persons/units served within Orange County, only (all Towns and municipalities). If you use percentages, you must also provide the total number of participants within that measure's description or for an earlier performance measure. Performance Measures Anticipated Results To work with 237 Orange County people in community mediation with a projected 85% 237 resolution rate for cases mediated.
