Outline the major activities the agency will employ to attain the Anticipated Outcomes <br /> below,by June 30,2016. <br /> • Promote the availability of family and community mediation services in Orange County; maintain <br /> qualified staff and panel of mediators; provide mediation at clients' convenience; follow-up as <br /> needed. <br /> • Attend Criminal District Court as needed for case referrals; provide teams of mediators for on-site <br /> mediation; follow-up on continued cases; be available for client, court, and attorney phone calls; <br /> follow-up as needed. <br /> Anticipated Outcomes <br /> The Anticipated Results column must include quantifiable results in the form of number of persons/units served within Orange <br /> County, only (all Towns and municipalities).
