Outline the major activities the agency will employ to attain the Anticipated Outcomes <br /> below,by June 30,2016. <br /> • The Food Pantry will collect or purchase enough non-perishable food items to provide groceries <br /> as often as once per month to member households. <br /> • A hot, nutritious meal will be served to homeless residents and any hungry person who shows up <br /> at mealtimes at the Community Kitchen. <br /> • Both Community House and HomeStart will operate at capacity(all available beds will be filled). <br /> • Support Circles will function as a support system for a formerly homeless individual or family <br /> transitioning into permanent housing. <br /> Anticipated Outcomes <br /> The Anticipated Results column must include quantifiable results in the form of number of persons/units served within Orange <br /> County, only (all Towns and municipalities).
