The Clerk submits minutes of Board meetings held December 3rd and 10th <br /> for B and consideration. <br /> 4. The Board of Commissioners and the County Planning Board will hold <br /> their quarterly public hearing to consider amendments to the County's <br /> Zoning Ordinance, Land Use Maps and other matters of joint concern. <br /> 5. Section 8 Housing Administrator will recommend the Board execute a <br /> contr with HUD for a Moderate Rehabilitation Housing Grant and <br /> will review the principal provisions of the contract implementing <br /> this �rogram. <br /> 6. The Community Development Task Force recommends the County file a <br /> pre-application for a comprehensive Community Development Grant <br /> for thIe coming .year. The Planning Director will review the grant <br /> proposal developed by the Task Force. <br /> 7. The Social Service Director submits proposed amendments to his <br /> department's budget reflecting additional funding for the Chore <br /> Servioe and Day Care programs. <br /> 8. The Minager submits amendments to the County's 1979-80 budget for <br /> Board consideration. <br /> 9. The Biond Attorneys have submitted a bill {$1,303.85} for services and <br /> expenses in connection with the bond election of November 6, 1979. <br /> 10. Appointments: <br /> A. TIrms of office of members (5) of the Nursing Home Advisory Committee <br /> epire December 31st. <br /> B. Orange JOCCA Board: Nominations have not been received from Chapel <br /> H ll-Carrboro Board of Education, Town of Carrboro, Social Services <br /> Board and UNC. <br /> C. Once vacancy exists on the Board of Public Health. <br />
