.L 16 e�w �5 <br /> A regular meeting of the Board of Commissioners for the <br /> County of Orange, North Carolina, was held at 7:30 P.M., on <br /> November 20, 19710, in the County Commissioners' doom In the <br /> Orange County Courthouse in Hillsborough, North Carolina, <br /> the regular place of meeting, <br /> Present: Chairman Richard E. Whitted, presiding, and <br /> Commissioners Anne Barnes, Don Willhoit and Noonan Walker <br /> Absent: Commissioner Norman Gustaveson <br /> The Board of Commissioners received from the County <br /> Board of Elections of Orange County a certified copy of the <br /> proceedings of said Board of Elections taken on Noveinber 8, <br /> 1979, evidencing said Hoard's deterraination of the results <br /> of the canvass of the returns of the special bond referendum <br /> held in the County of Orange on November 6, 1,079 upon the <br /> auestions_of approving ,400,000 Health Care Facilities <br /> Bonds, $2,065,000 Public Building Bonds, $17, 800,000 School <br /> Bonds and $135,000 'doting Machine Bonds of said County, <br /> After said proceedings had been considered and reviewed <br /> by the Board of Commissioners, Commissioner Richard Whitted <br /> introduced the following resolution <br /> which was read: <br /> RESOLUTION DECLARING THE RESULTS OF <br /> THE SPECIAL BOND REFERENDUM HELD IN <br /> THE COUNTY OF ORANGE ON NwEMBER 6, <br /> 1979 UPON THE QUESTIONS OF APPROVING <br /> $20,400,000 BONDS <br /> BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners for the <br /> County of Orange: <br />
