3• Shall the order adopted on August 27, 1979, authorizing not exceeding $17,500,000 School Bonds of the County of Orange, 'Torth Caro- lina, for the purpose of providing funds, with any other available Funds, for erecting additional school buildings and other school plant facilities, remodeling, enlarging and reconstructing existing school buildings and other school plant facilities, acquiring any necessary land, furnishings and equipment therefor, and developing such land, in order to orovide additional school facilities in said County to maintain the nine months' school term as required by Section 2 of Article IX of the Constitution, and autho- rizing the levy of taxes in an amount suffi- cient to pay the principal of and the interest on said bonds, be approved? 4. Shall the order adopted on August 27, 1979, authorizing not exceeding $135,000 Voting Machine Bonds of the County of Orange, North Carolina, for the purpose of providing funds, with any other available funds, _°or the acouisition of a voting system for said County, including voting booths, precinct ballot counters and related equipment, and authorizing the levy of taxes in an amount sufficient-to nay the principal o and the interest on said bonds, be approved? (d) That no complaints have been made to this Board against the regularity of said referendum. (e) That said referendum and the registration therefor were duly and properly held in accordance with lair. Section 2.
