(c) That at said referendum there were submitted <br /> to the qualified voters of said County the following ques- <br /> tions: <br /> 1. <br /> Shall the order adopted on August 27, 1979, <br /> authorizing not exceeding $400,000 Health <br /> Care Facilities Bonds of the County of <br /> Orange, North Carolina, for the purpose of <br /> providing funds, with any other available <br /> hinds, for additional and improved health <br /> care facilities for said County, including <br /> the renovation of an existing County building <br /> to provide a day hospital for out--patient <br /> mental health services, the construction of <br /> a sheltered workshop for handicapped and <br /> retarded residents of said County to replace <br /> an exisiing facility and the acquisition of <br /> any necessary land, .furnishings and equipment <br /> therefor, and authorizing the levy of taxes <br /> in an amount sufficient to pay the principal <br /> of and the interest on said bonds, be ap- <br /> proved? <br /> 2, <br /> Shall the order adopted on .august 27, 19791 <br /> authorizing; not Exceeding 12,065,000 Public <br /> Building Bonds of the County of Crange, North <br /> Caroina, for the purpose of providing funds, <br /> with any other available funds, for addi- <br /> tional or improeaa service, administrative, <br /> court and law enforcement facilities for said <br /> County, includin-g the reconstruction, reno- <br /> vation and repair of existing County build- <br /> ings to provide a human services center and <br /> expanded and rehabilitated .facilities for the <br /> administration of the government of said <br /> County, the renovation of court facilities, <br /> the construction of a new County office <br /> building and related parking facilities to <br /> provide additional space for various County <br /> services, the renovation of and construction <br /> of an addition to the multipurpose center of <br /> the County, the renovation of and the cons- <br /> truction of an addition to the existing <br /> County jail and the acquisition of any neces- <br /> sary land, furnishings and equipment there- <br /> for, and authorizing the levy of taxes in an <br /> amount sufficient to pay the principal of and <br /> the interest on said bonds, be approved? <br /> -3- <br /> gwpw r.wPPP ;VCT ..;Y C;+CL D PiTr- p,C nS�" '',.A= hL•..C•++°. h ;POOb <br />
