Does any Board member desire to modify this agenda? <br /> ✓2. Does any member of the audience desire to address the Board <br /> concerning: <br /> A. Matters on this agenda? <br /> B. Matters not on this agenda? <br /> ✓3. The Clerk submits minutes of the Board's meeting of <br /> October 9, 1979 for consideration. <br /> ✓4. The Youth Services Needs Task Force recommends the Board authorize <br /> the use of $4,500 County JJDP funds for the continued funding of a <br /> liasion worker position at Janus House. Representatives of <br /> / Janus House will comment. <br /> 5. The Planning Director will review a memorandum dealing with <br /> possible future community development activities. <br /> 6. The Manager recommends Board approve a change order adding <br /> $2, 500 to a contract for digitizing certain land title records. <br /> Fun ing for this additional work will come from the land title <br /> records grant. <br /> 7. Suggested correspondence: <br /> With the University concerning outstanding services rendered <br /> by retiring Chancellor Ferebee Taylor. Commissioner Barnes <br /> Zwill comment. <br /> B. Does the Board wish to authorize the Chairman to write the appropri; <br /> party indicating the County might have an interest in acquiring <br /> Clear Water Lake as a County recreational facility. Commissioner <br /> Willhoit will comment. <br /> 8. The Board should suggest possible dates for a joint meeting with the <br /> Chapel Hill Town Council . <br /> I <br />
