Propgrties, Inc. and informed him that I have requested that <br /> the Commissioners discuss an erosion control violation on their <br /> subdivision "Walley Wood" in Chapel Hill Township. The property is <br /> adjacent to t e old American Stone Quarry. <br /> K.G.L.M. was sent a certified letter which was received on <br /> July 31 , 1979 instructing them to install sediment controls within <br /> five working days of receipt of the letter. No action has been forth- <br /> coming on the Jr part. I also issued a stop work order at that time. <br /> The <br /> stop ,work order signs were removed by persons unknown about <br /> August 10, 199.
