November 6, 1979, at which there shah be submitted to the <br /> qualified vgters of Orange County the questions stated in <br /> the notice of special bond referendum set forth in Section 3 <br /> of this resc�l.ut.ion. <br /> Section 2. For said referendum, (i) the regular regis- <br /> tration book for elections in Orange County shall be <br /> used <br /> and the registration books, process or records shall be open <br /> for the regiitra.tion of qualified persons and for public in- <br /> spection in the manner, under the conditions and at tkie <br /> times and pl ces as provided in said not <br /> I ice set forth in <br /> Section 3 of this resolution, (ii ) the registrars, judges <br /> I <br /> and other officers of elections appointed by the County <br /> Board of Eleclt ions of Orange County for the several pxe­ <br /> cincts and voin lace <br /> g places in said County shall be the d:iec- <br /> tion officers for such precincts and voting places, arid <br /> (iii.. ) the precincts and voting places shall be those fixed <br /> by said Count Board of Elections as provided in said notice <br /> set .forth in Jection 3 of this resolution , subject to <br /> change as provided by 1ayr, The County Board of Elections of <br /> Orange County is hereby requested to conduct said referendum <br /> and to take a1 necessary steps to that end in accordance <br /> with the provisions of this section. <br /> Section 3; The Clerk to the Board of Commissioners <br /> shall cause a Iotice to be published in The News of <br /> Orange <br /> County and in he Chapel Hill Newspaper once at least four- <br /> teen days before October 8, 1979 (being the last day on <br /> .. ! y <br />
