NOTICE OF SPECIAL BOND REFERENDUM in the COUNTY OF ORANGE, NORTH CAROLINA A special bond referendum will be held throughout Orange County betty?en 6 : 30 A .N. and 7 : 30 P.M. , on Tuesday, November 6 , 1979, at which there will be submitted to the qualified voters of s id County the following questions : lrt Shall the order adopted on August 27 , 1979, author- izing not exceeding $x#00, 000 Health Care Facilities Bonds of the County of Orange, North Carolina, for the purpose of providing funds, with any other av il,able funds, for additional and improved health care facilities for said County, including the re- novation of an existing County building to provide a day hospital for out-patient mental health ser- vi es, the construction of a sheltered workshop for handicapped and retarded residents of said County to replace an existing f aci.lity and the acquisition of any necessary land, furnishings and equipment therefor, and authorizing the levy of taxes in an amount sufficient to pay the principal, of 4nd the interest on said bonds, be approved? 2 .
